- Open to all Department of Fisheries members who have produced/developed innovations in terms of management, procedures, and information and communication technology that enhance service quality individually or in groups.
- Open Fisheries Innovation Award (Individual & Group)
- Open to all Ministries, Departments, Agencies, IPT, private companies, the public, entrepreneurs, farmers, and fishermen who produce innovations related to fisheries technology individually or in groups.
