YBrs. Mr. Nazri bin Ishak, Director of the Policy and Strategic Planning Division officiated the Fisheries Sub-Sector Agricultural Census Booth 2024 Programme at the Melaka State Turtle Conservation and Information Centre which took place from 29 June 2024 to 30 June 2024.
The program continued with a briefing on the 2024 Fisheries Profile by Mrs. Marlinda Anim binti Marham, Head of the Fisheries Data Collection Branch and a briefing on the 2024 Agricultural Census delivered by En. Mohd Suhaimi bin Mohd Rashid, Director of Statistics of Melaka State.
For information, the 2024 Agricultural Census will be held starting on July 7, 2024 involving a total of 1342 aquaculture farmers and fishermen for the fisheries sub-sector in the State of Melaka.
In addition, visitors to the Turtle Conservation and Information Centre can also participate in a kahoot quiz about the 2024 Agricultural Census and Turtles.
